2025-2026 Registration is NOW OPEN!

Secure your spot for the 2025-2026 school year at the special early bird rate of just $50 when you register by April 17, 2025! Starting April 18, 2025, the registration fee increases to $100.

Please note that once your registration form is submitted, the registration fee is required.
Before your child can attend care, certain required forms must be submitted. At a minimum, the starred forms must be completed before attendance is allowed.

The following forms must be printed and handed to the director at your child's school on the first day of care. Additionally, they must be submitted online by uploading them below or emailing them to our team at wecare@globalchildrenscenter.com. (Please include your child's first and last name, along with the school they will be attending.)
Mandatory Forms
A physical examination by a physician, immunization record, and, depending on your zip code, a lead test
Three people to be contacted in case of an emergency
Required for your child to potentially go on moonbounces
Medication Authorization Form - Optional
Only needed if your child has medication(s) they have to take while in care at Global. For the safety of all children at Global Children's Center, it is mandatory that if your child requires life-saving medication such as Epi pens, inhalers, or any other emergency medication, you provide us with a supply. During Global hours, access to the school's nurse's is not be available.
If your child is has has an allergy or asthma, it is mandatory to submit the following action plan:
