Registration Fee (per family)

  • Early Bird Registration Fee: $50
    • ​Applies to registrations submitted on or before May 27, 2025.
  • Standard Registration Fee: $100

    • Applies to registrations submitted on or after May 28, 2025.

  • 2-Week Tuition Deposit:

    • A tuition deposit fee of 2 weeks is also required upon registration. This deposit is applied when your child is officially withdrawn from the program. 

 

Please Note:

  • The registration fee is non-refundable. You are required to pay the registration fee upon submitting your registration and once first invoice has been received. You are liable for the registration fee once registration form has been submitted, regardless if child never attends care or if required forms are never submitted.

Tuition Overview 

Tuition is based on your child's contracted schedule, not actual attendance. As long as your child is officially enrolled, you are responsible for payment. We do not offer tuition credits for absences due to illness, vacation, or weather. Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

 

Payment Rules

  • A payment method must always be on file.

  • A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments. This fee cannot be waived.

  • If you pay by check or online, payment must be made before the due date; otherwise, the backup payment method on file will be charged automatically.

  • Payments will be processed using your backup method according to the withdrawal schedule provided.

  • Late or declined payments will incur additional fees.

Families not enrolled in FULL-TIME care (Monday through Friday, AM and PM). You will be subjected to half/full day fees on top of the regular weekly tuition.

Drop-in Policy

We understand that emergencies and unexpected needs can arise at any time. For your convenience, we offer occasional drop-in care for families who need it.

To use our drop-in service, please note the following:

  • Your child must be fully registered with all required forms on file.

  • Please notify the Global Children's Center at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have availability and proper staffing.

  • Payment is due on the same day as the care is provided.

Payment Methods

How to Pay Your Tuition

 

A completed Tuition Payment Form is required for all families, regardless of the payment method chosen.

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

  • MyProcare (Main Method): Our fastest and most secure payment method is through the online portal, using your Procare login. Please use the email you provided during registration. 

  • Checks & Money Orders: You can mail checks or money orders (made out to "Global Children's Center" or "GCC") to our central office: 

    • Global Children's Center, 12417 Deoudes Rd, Boyds, MD 20841-9022.

  • By Phone: Call our main office at (301) 972-5982 to pay over the phone with our tuition team.

  • Automatic Withdrawal: We can automatically deduct tuition from your preferred payment method. You can set this up on the required Tuition Payment Form.

Please do not bring payments to our school locations.

Schedule Changes

To change your child's schedule:

  • Please complete the Schedule Change Form below.​

  • The new schedule will take place two weeks from the date the schedule change request form is submitted.

  • You will receive an email from our Main Office when your new schedule has been approved. 

 

Schedule changes that increase the number of childcare days are not permitted if there is an outstanding balance on the account. All balances must be paid in full before any additional days of care can be added.

Procedure to Withdraw 

To withdraw your child from the program:

  • Please complete the Withdrawal Request form below. We do not accept word-of-mouth notices.

  • Withdrawal will take place two weeks from the date the withdrawal request form is submitted.

  • You will receive an email from our Main Office when your new withdrawal request has been approved. 

  • Your tuition deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover the final two weeks of care.

  • If you do not submit the withdrawal request form to withdraw your child from Global, you are financially responsible for tuition until notice is given.

  • Remember, this is a contract-based program. You are responsible for your contracted schedule, regardless of attendance

Discounts

​We are proud to support our families with the following discounts:

  • 5% Sibling Discount: For families with more than one child enrolled.

  • 10% Service Discount: For MCPS employees, active duty military, and first responders with valid proof of service.

  • Discounts are not stackable.
